Carry over affiliate codes and blocked countries from WordPress

When you migrate a WordPress site, the videos, media, titles and old addresses come along. Your affiliate codes don't yet, and neither do the countries you'd blocked on the WordPress side, so today you enter the codes again in the Money tab.

Reading them automatically would save a step, but every WordPress setup stores them in its own place, so we'd only do it for the setups people actually run.

Vote if you'd use it, and tell us where your codes live on your WordPress (a plugin setting, the theme, hardcoded in banners). That's the part we don't know.
