A free tool to turn an MP4 into a streaming video with an embed player

You upload an MP4, we turn it into a streaming feed (HLS, several qualities), and you get an iframe of the Jimp player to paste wherever you want. Free, for people who have their own videos and nowhere decent to put them.

Why we'd do it. A lot of WordPress sites serve whole MP4s from shared hosting, which is why those pages load slowly, and small creators end up on hosts that hold their files hostage. The plumbing already exists, since our Studio does exactly this for uploaded videos. It would be an iframe only, not a raw stream URL, because a raw URL turns us into a free CDN for anyone.
