Acceptable use

Last updated 2026-09-10

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you publish, upload, embed or link to with Jimp, and to the way you use the service.

Jimp hosts adult websites. Adult content is not the problem this policy addresses; illegal content and abusive use are.

Absolutely prohibited

The following ends an account immediately, without notice and without refund, and is reported to the competent authorities where the law requires it:

  • Any sexual depiction of a minor, real or simulated, in any form. Zero tolerance, no exception, no context in which this is acceptable.
  • Content depicting a person who has not consented to its production or its publication, including so-called revenge material and sexual deepfakes of identifiable people.
  • Content depicting non-consensual acts, coercion, trafficking, or sexual violence presented as real.
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, and anything else criminal in the jurisdictions where the site is served.

If you become aware of such material on a site you operate, remove it and report it to contact@jimp.io at once.

Also prohibited

  • Publishing content you have no right to publish, or ignoring valid copyright notices.
  • Impersonating a person, a company or a brand, including passing your site off as an official one.
  • Malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, cloaking, forced downloads, and anything that harms a visitor.
  • Deceptive search practices: doorway networks, hidden or paid link schemes sold for ranking, mass duplicated pages built only to manipulate results.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging that points to sites you operate on Jimp.
  • Attacking, probing or overloading the service, circumventing plan limits, scraping the platform, or reselling access to it.
  • Using the service for anything unlawful where you are, or where your visitors are.

What you are responsible for

You are the operator and the publisher of the sites you create. That is not a formality, and it does not change because we host them. You must:

  • verify age and keep records. Every person depicted in sexually explicit material must have been at least 18 at the time of production. Where 18 U.S.C. 2257 applies, the records must exist, be kept, and a custodian must be named on the site.
  • publish the notices your jurisdiction requires, including an age confirmation before access where that is the rule.
  • give visitors a way to report content, and act on those reports.
  • handle copyright notices concerning your sites, and terminate repeat infringers.
  • publish your own terms, privacy policy and consumer information to the people who visit or buy from your site.

If you allow other people to upload to a site you operate, these obligations follow the content: you are the one who must verify, record, and act.

Resource use

Plans include generous but finite resources. Sustained use far beyond what a plan describes, or use that degrades the service for others, is a breach of this policy. We will always tell you and give you a chance to fix it before acting, unless the platform's stability is at immediate risk.

How we enforce this

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, remove or disable access to specific content, suspend a site, suspend an account, or terminate it. Manifestly illegal content is removed without prior notice. Termination for a breach of this policy does not give rise to a refund.

Reporting

Report anything covered by this policy to contact@jimp.io, with the exact address of the page and a description of the problem. Reports concerning the depiction of minors are treated as the highest priority and are actioned immediately.
