Choosing a template
The templates by family (videos, cams, VR, dating), what each one puts forward, and how to switch without losing anything.
The template is how the site looks: the layout, the type, the way content is shown. It does not touch the niche, your texts or your settings. All of them are included on every plan, demo included, and each has a real demo site online on the templates page.
Templates are grouped by family. The family says what the site serves (videos, cams, VR, dating) and you pick it in the wizard. The template can then be changed as often as you like, among those of your site's family.
Videos
A video site that ranks, with its cams page.
Spotlight. A big studio's site: a full-width featured scene cycling through four videos, scene cards on three columns with a "New" sticker for seven days, a stars rail, poster headlines in condensed capitals. It is the default template, and the most versatile.
Editorial. A magazine page: one scene per screen, a large hero, scenes on two wide columns, margins and a serif. It works best on a narrow niche, where each video deserves room.
Neon. The voice of a cam portal: glows, frosted glass, a grid of portrait tiles on five columns. The natural pick for a video site where live cams matter as much as the videos.
Feed. A feed of clips that play on their own as you scroll, navigation on the left, live rooms and stars on the right. The feed is not infinite: a button leads to the next page, which search engines can follow.
Reely. One scene at a time, full screen, in a vertical feed you swipe through, like short-video apps.
Reely is different
Reely's home page plays sponsor scenes cropped to portrait, one minute each, in Jimp's player, with the scene's sign-up link. It ignores your site's other sources, and it needs your affiliate code with that sponsor (the dashboard's Sponsors page): without a code, the feed has nothing to play. The other pages (/videos, niches, tags) keep your usual catalog, as portrait tiles, and every video page has a Back to the feed button.
So on Reely's home page there are no videos imported from WordPress, none of your own videos, and no partner network. For a migrated site, pick another template.
Cams
A cam portal: thousands of live rooms, your codes on every room.
Room. One room playing big on the first screen, the up-next stack, filters that count.
Gallery. The portal in daylight: the grid right away, captioned cards.
Velvet. The private lounge: a portrait in a gold frame, an italic serif, the private-show platforms up front.
Wall. A wall of monitors edge to edge, no hero, no text on the image, filters in a floating dock.
Globe. The world live: a map with a ring per country at its true count, and the country ranking.
VR
A VR video site, 180° in 8K, that the visitor also opens in a headset. The scenes come from the VR sponsors, and nothing else.
Dome VR. Panoramic bands, 180° and 8K badges, a player you look around in, the catalog in DeoVR.
Rig VR. For the gear crowd: a spec sheet next to the scene, a data band under every card, matte black and lime.
Dating
A dating guide by city: ranked offers, a written guide, live rooms for the faces. Never a fake profile.
Nuit. The city in huge letters over a wall of live rooms, ranked offers, a guide per city.
Letter. The city guide on paper: serif headlines, a ranked list with a verdict per site, polaroids of live rooms.
Match. The dating app grammar applied to sites, not people: story rings of live rooms, a deck of offer cards.
Switching templates
In the site editor, Template tab: one card per template of your site's family, one click, and the preview follows. A site does not change family along the way: a video site does not become a cam portal, that is another site. Like any change, it goes into the draft and is only live after Publish.
What stays put:
- your content, your niche, your texts, your codes and your banners;
- your colors: your accent color and your mood stay yours.
The Reset to the template palette button brings back the chosen template's default accent color and mood, if you want to start again from its original look.
In the wizard, picking a template also applies its palette, as long as you have not touched the colors yourself.
What you can set, and what you can't
You set the accent color, the mood (dark, light or your own color), the logo and the two home page lines, in the Identity tab (see Editing your site). The layout itself does not change: that is what keeps every template fast and clean on mobile.
The network follows the template
Partner network cards slotted into your grid take the style of your thumbnails, so they don't clash with the page. In the "More videos" row, only the header follows the template (see The partner network).
